Steve Johnson - CEO
Since graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in business, Steve has acquired more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. After a successful tenure as a sales representative for Harris Corporation, Steve became the Senior Vice President of Sales for Universal Data Consultants and later accepted the position as Senior Vice President when the company was acquired by GE Capital Network Services in 1996. After GE Capital Network Services was merged with GE IT Solutions, he left GE to form his own company, Bay Data Consultants. Bay Data Consultants was an e-business innovator which leveraged its core competencies and extensive partnerships to deliver complete solutions to its clients, whether traditional or .com organizations. In May of 2000, Bay Data Corporation was acquired by ITC DeltaCom. As a result of the merger Steve became Senior Vice President of eDeltaCom a 350,000 square foot Data Center and ebusiness service provider. With the telecommunications downturn during 2001 ITC DeltaCom opted out of the Data Center business. This allowed Steve to reacquire his integration partnerships, contracts and people and in October 2003, Steve merged his business with Optimus Solutions.
In 2007 Optimus Solutions created a new business unit, Optimus Consulting which is now Corus360. In 2008, Softchoice Corporation acquired Optimus Solutions. Steve was offered the position of Sr. Vice President of Business Solutions, Architecture and Delivery. The acquisition significantly enhanced Softchoice’s ability to provide advanced hardware technology solutions and services, including internetworking, server consolidation, and storage solutions to U.S. mid-market, enterprise and public sector organizations.
As CEO of Corus360, Steve’s intense focus is to bring the company’s divisions under one message and vision to help clients solve business problems, mitigate risk and reduce capital expense with the expansion of recovery, cloud, advanced technology and staffing solutions.
Ron Hinkle - Chief Financial Officer
Ron is the Chief Financial Officer of Corus360. In this position, his primary responsibility is to strategically plan the budgeting, and forecast and enhance financial systems for the company. Ron has over 25 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry and has been successful in planning for growth, acquisition and integration for many other companies. In his previous experience, Ron has successfully turned companies from losing revenue to earning millions of dollars in profits per year. With his expertise in developing and improving customer support systems and financial reporting systems, Ron is instrumental in leading and supporting the growth of Corus360.
Victor Martino - Vice President of Strategy & Innovation
As the Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, Victor is responsible for guiding the company’s strategy regarding the fluctuating market and ensuring that the business remains relevant as new technologies emerge. His 20 years of continuous activity within the IT industry has enabled him a unique perspective for determining transformational outcomes. Victor’s experience integrates years of collaborating and developing relationships with industry minded professionals relevant to the contemporary business landscape. His solid leadership is demonstrated through his detail-oriented team assembly and his extensive management knowledge when delivering on major projects. In addition, he leverages key partners and best of breed technology from Cisco and others to cultivate favorable business outcomes.
Cindy Kennedy - West Coast EVP, Sales
For over 20 years, Cindy has been providing IT solutions by understanding the unique business and technology needs of her customers. As Corus360’s West Coast EVP of Sales, Cindy oversees the management of client relationships and new business ventures in the states of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. Cindy manages a team of sales and technical experts to provide infrastructure design and implementation, consulting and assessment solutions, and managed services to clients on the west coast. Her goal is to help organizations throughout the region realize the full potential of their technology investments by increasing efficiency and maximizing productivity.
Todd Cannady - Managing Partner, Mid-Atlantic
Todd Cannady brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, professional services, and executive management experience in the information technology industry to Corus360. He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Yorel Integrated Solutions, where he was responsible for business development, client satisfaction, and services operations. As a Managing Partner at Corus360, Todd leverages his extensive management experience and industry expertise to generate new business and growth in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition to his responsibilities at Corus360, Todd is an active civic volunteer and has served on multiple IBM and Industry Advisory Boards.
Justin Hall - Vice President of Strategy and Architecture
Justin Hall has over fifteen years of Sales, Leadership, and Business Development experience in the Information Technology industry. Prior to joining Corus360, he held the titles of District Manager at Softchoice, Director of Sales at Optimus Solutions, and Vice President of Sales at Xactec. As the Vice President of Strategy and Architecture, Justin is responsible for the overall strategy of Corus360 as well as the achictecture and partnership. He applies his extensive sales and management experience to mentor the existing in-house talent, including the Advanced Technologies Group, RES-Q Services, and IT Staffing Solutions. Justin plays an active role in training and guiding the members of each of our three divisions, with deep consideration for how each person contributes to the mission, vision, and culture of Corus360. He firmly believes in fostering a unified business front in order to position the company for success.
Jay Moore - Vice President of Operations
Jay Moore brings over 20 years of business operations experience to this industry. He has been directly involved in the development and implementation of several company objectives, policies and procedures as well as strategic planning for the organization. His duties include overseeing improvements made to the reliability, flexibility and efficiency of Corus360 processes, both internally and externally, as well as the responsibility for managing all aspects of the company’s partner relations. As Director of Sales Operations, Jay oversees the day to day business operations with many of the company sales and support areas reporting directly to him.
Allison Rickards - Vice President of Marketing & Communications
As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Allison focuses on helping Corus360 effectively leverage its marketing resources to communicate and deliver value for internal and external clients. She oversees all marketing campaigns and documentation projects and utilizes her project management expertise to ensure all deliverables are completed successfully. Allison is most passionate about building and nurturing teams of young professionals and transforming market strategies to best fit customer needs.
She is also responsible for ensuring marketing communications are coordinated, supporting marketing plan objectives, and meeting organizational MDF and event requirements in conjunction with the regional Vice Presidents of Sales.
Steve Gruber - Vice President of RES-Q Resiliency Services
Steve is the Vice President of RES-Q Resiliency Services with over twenty five years of experience in the Technology and Business Resiliency market. He has cultivated expertise in both the consulting and solution implementation sides of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, with extensive experience in all industry sectors. Steve and his team leverage his diverse background to deliver innovative, cost-effective IT solutions that are specifically tailored to meet the unique requirements of his clients.
Steve specializes in IT solution development and implementation including: Recovery Options and Strategy Development, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan Development, as well as Program Enhancements for all technology environments and business functions.
Archie James - Vice President of Enhanced Services, GA Sales Leader
Archie James has over 30 years of sales leadership experience in the information technology industry. He has held multiple management and executive leadership positions in sales and marketing in strategic technology outsourcing, infrastructure project-based services, and technical support services. Archie is a strong leader who develops trusting relationships and leverages planning, execution, and teamwork to produce outstanding achievement in every project.
At Corus360, Archie is responsible for driving sales to solve business challenges for our clients. In addition to his business development role, he leads our Maintenance360 practice, where he helps clients maximize support for virtualized and converged technologies.
Rhonda Hanes - Vice President of Human Resources
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Rhonda guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs for the entire company.
